We will do our best to correct any problems you might encounter with your order. Your order will be packaged with great care; however, Alie Body CareŽ cannot be held responsible for damage to packages in transit.
Shipping
Shipping is by US Postal Service Priority Mail unless another method preferred. We are only shipping to the US at this time. No international orders will be sent. Gift orders are happily sent to your recipient with no additional charge with gift wrapping available for a small extra charge. Shipping charges are as follows:

Return Policy and Damage Claims
We care and want you to be happy with your order. Email or phone within three days of receipt of in-stock items ordered through this website if you're not satisfied. We'll arrange an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.
Due to the nature of custom-made labeled items, they are not refundable once shipped. Stock items can be cancelled without charge up until time of shipment. Custom orders or private label items can be cancelled without charge for 72 hours after ordering. After that time, there will be a 50% charge.
Credit for shipping, merchandise, or any charge will not be given for unauthorized returns. If you believe an error was made with your order, please contact us upon receipt of order.
